Representing clients of law firms: In addition to representing individuals and small and mid-size companies who contact her directly, Annette P. Heller also represents clients of law firms who do not have a trademark attorney or copyright lawyer within the firm. This is done on a referral basis with the client working directly with her and keeping the law firm advised or working with the attorney in the law firm that represents the client. Either way, every client record notes who referred the client to the firm so that the referring law firm can be assured that their client remains theirs.

Annette Heller graduated from St. Louis University School of Law in 1976 and is admitted to practice in both state and federal courts. She has been in Private Practice since 1983 and was Trademark Copyright Counsel with Ralston Purina Company from 1976 to 1983. Her practice is limited to trademark law and copyright law. She has an undergraduate degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in marketing.
